This intensive course examines the transformation from analog to autonomous platforms in organizational innovation. The program immerses participants in the ongoing revolution of innovation, exploring the transition from traditional methods to cutting-edge autonomous technologies. Through hands-on learning, participants gain practical experience with intelligent agents, synthetic data, and AI-powered tools to drive organizational growth.
This course is part of the Insper International Week, which is a short-term program designed to provide students with a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills in various topics of the business world in classes with international and Insper professors.

Perfil
The program is aimed at senior professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, and decision-makers with over 5 years of professional experience, experience in management, and varied backgrounds in different areas and sectors of the economy.
Pré-requisitos
Completed higher education degree. Classes will be conducted in English without simultaneous translation. Although no proficiency test is required, we recommend B2 level to fully engage with the program.

Evaluation
- 50%: Individual assignments (case study analysis and Vision 2030 Report);
- 30%: Group project (business challenge solution);
- 20%: Class participation.
