This fast-paced course teaches an accelerated methodology for transforming startup ideas into launch-ready, investment-ready ventures. The course is designed to be highly collaborative and applicable to all types of startup ventures, providing practical tools and frameworks for successful business development.
This course is part of the Insper International Week, which is a short-term program designed to provide students with a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills in various topics of the business world in classes with international and Insper professors.

O que você precisa saber
Perfil
The program is aimed at senior professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, and decision-makers with over 5 years of professional experience, experience in management, and varied backgrounds in different areas and sectors of the economy.
Pré-requisitos
Completed higher education degree. Classes will be conducted in English without simultaneous translation. Although no proficiency test is required, we recommend B2 level to fully engage with the program.

Day 2-5
- Creating growth engines and business models;
- Economic modeling and metrics;
- Capital raising strategies;
- Marketing funnel development;
- Entrepreneurial mindset development;
- Storytelling and pitch preparation.
Course Dynamics
- Fast-paced, interactive sessions;
- Collaborative learning environment;
- Knowledge sharing among participants;
- Focus on creating lifelong connections;
- Practical application of concepts.
Evaluation
- 20%: Attendance and activity engagement (individual);
- 30%: Active participation in discussions and business idea presentation;
- 50%: Startup idea slide deck development (individual or group).
